    Did you remove Phases 1 – 9 on the power build program?

    Yes, correct. We are now starting a new & updated phases! My programming is always developing and want to ensure you guys are always getting the latest most updated, If there is a plan you was on and want to finish I can send via email!

      I am starting up PB phase 1 on Monday that you have listed. Question though, do you have a video explaining 3-2-1 progression? I remember bits & pieces from the video you had posted back in the indie fitness website, but can no longer view it

    Yes- 3-2-1 Progression 7-9 Working Sets.

    3 sets of 3
    2-3 Sets of 2
    Sets of 1 till TOP SET
    Try not to fail. Want to complete all set!
