To get stronger in my main lifts, do you recommend your Power Bulk program on here for bench, squat, and deadlifts? I am prepping for a upcoming competition and will for sure be doing the bench press.
Hey man! Both are good but PowerBlock is my latest and what I’m currently running. It’s been my favorite split thus far
Is Power Block focused more on deadlift? I am currently trying to strengthen my lower back because I have had trouble with my lower back and into my right hip. Extremely focused on strengthening my hamstrings and glutes.
Yes, there is a fair amount of deadlift/ posterior chain training in all of my programming homie. PowerBlock Included
